Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage a team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production environment.
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the Railing, Glass, Assembly, and Panel production lines.
- Maintain high-quality manufacturing standards and ensure all products meet specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, team leads, and production workers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in labor, materials, and production processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in aluminum Curtain wall, window wall, glass manufacturing, panel manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience in a production or plant management role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement performance improvements.
- Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management for production staff.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent injuries and incidents.
- Conduct monthly workplace inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly serviced and operational.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to minimize defects and rework.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure proper allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to meet production targets.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to manage raw material inventory and minimize waste.
