Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage a team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production environment.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the Railing, Glass, Assembly, and Panel production lines.
  • Maintain high-quality manufacturing standards and ensure all products meet specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, team leads, and production workers.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in labor, materials, and production processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in aluminum Curtain wall, window wall, glass manufacturing, panel manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership experience in a production or plant management role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze production data and implement performance improvements.
  • Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management for production staff.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent injuries and incidents.
  • Conduct monthly workplace inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly serviced and operational.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to minimize defects and rework.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure proper allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to meet production targets.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to manage raw material inventory and minimize waste.
